APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The administrative console and webcontainer were not
  consistent with the codepage being used to display Swedish
  characters so Swedish characters were being displayed
  incorrectly.

  There was a problem with some code using UTF-8 and other code
  using a different code page.
  

Problem conclusion

• We added Swedish to the web.xml of isclite.ear so that UTF-8
  would be used consistantly to display Swedish character
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.13 and 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the
