Error description

• SNMP Trap gets sent with wrong health policy name when using
  health policy action of SNMP Trap.

  SNMP trap for Health Policy uses wrong Health Policy name when
  generating a trap. This occurred because the URLSensor was a
  singleton whose name was set to the first policy that used it.
  

Problem conclusion

• Instead of using the health policy name tied to a sensor, the
  name of a health policy is now used directly when generating
  an SNMP trap.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
