  The profile creation is otherwise successful, and the
  newly-created profile is functional.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  The logic that determines whether to start an OSGi process in
  clean mode can misfire when run against a new profile during
  the creation process. As a result, a second process performs
  the clean operation while the first process is still active,
  deleting files that were still referenced.
  

Problem conclusion

• The clean start logic was corrected to avoid the duplicate
  clean.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.12 and 8.5.5.8.  Please refer to the

Temporary fix

• The exception displayed in the logs is benign, so it can
  simply be ignored.
