Error description

Change the Administrative Console error message display output
to the screen.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Error 404 displays more than just       *
*                      "Error 404"                             *

The console displays the page name that cannot be found as
well as the 404 error message.

Problem conclusion

The console will now display only the Error 404 message (with
no other information) when any type of file not found error
occurs.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.41, 8.0.0.13, and 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to
