Error description

ClassNotFoundException on
com.ibm.websphere.security.web.WebSecurityHelper

The ClassNotFoundException was generated because we added
the
class
org.apache.wink.client.handlers.LtpaAuthSecurityHandler
to the third-party lib of Liberty, which makes it visible to
customer, but the imported class WebSecurityHelper is hidden
from customer.

The LtpaAuthSecurityHandler will be moved from the
third-party
lib.

LTPA handler class in JAX-RS 1.1 references
com.ibm.websphere.security.web.WebSecurityHelper, which belongs
to another bundle.

Problem conclusion

Added the package containing WebSecurityHelper to the import-
package list of JAX-RS 1.1's MANIFEST.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
