Error description

JSR289 specifies a way to obtain the SipURIs of available
outbound interfaces (using attribute named
javax.servlet.sip.SipServlet.OUTBOUND_INTERFACES) but this
returns an empty list

Note: Using the ServletContext retrieved at servlet init
from the ServletConfig retrieves the correct list of outbound
interfaces. Using the ServletContext from the session does not
work correctly.

A null pointer exception was generated when trying to retrieve
the available Session Initiation Protocol Universal Resource
Identifier(SIP Uri) of the available outbound interfaces.

Problem conclusion

The list of available outbound interfaces SIP uri will be set
at the initialization of the SIP container. This will ensure
that the SIP Uri is avalable for use.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
