  ParamConverterProvider is one kind of provider in JAX-RS 2.0.
  When injection is used in a JAX-RS 2.0 provider, the instance
  used should be created by CDI but our engine did not get the
  instance from CDI and replaced the original one with it.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the problem with adding the instance replacement to the
  processing code for ParamConverterProvider.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
