Error description

When running WOLA in CICS and the CICS BBO link server abends,
the following message is seen in the CICS output:
    BBOA8799E A WRITEQ TSQ BBOnnnnn error occurred with
eibresp: 16 eibresp2: 0.
    .
This error should create an SVCDUMP of the CICS address space.
When reviewing the CICS dump, one will find that the same queue
name (which looks like BBOxxxx) was used for both commands:
EXEC CICS START
EXEC CICS WRITEQ TS QUEUE

Local Adapters CICS Link Server
experience a link server abend with the following message:
BBOA8799E A WRITEQ TSQ BBOnnnnn error
occurred with eibresp: 16 eibresp2: 0.

Problem conclusion

Updated the naming conventions for the BBO$ transaction TS
Queue name creation so it will not collide with the TS queue
Names for the BBO# transactions.

APAR PI55413 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
8.0.0.13 and 8.5.5.10 WebSphere Application Server and
16.0.0.2 of WebSphere Liberty.
