Closed as program error.
Error description
Edge LB for IPV4 LLB v8.5.0.1 crashes on AIX 7.1 ppc when iForwardPacket mbuf is null. Suspected to be caused by duplicate ip of backend server condition due to migration or config of backend servers.
Local fix
Eliminate the duplicate ip condition on subnet.

Problem conclusion
Corrected the code to exit if the mbuf pointer is null which prevents the crash. Fix levels : 7.0.0.37 8.0.0.11 8.5.5.9 Does not affect the Load Balancer for ipv4 and ipv6
