Error description
When user clicks on Servers->All Servers panel in admin console and then stops any application server with STOP button, the userid logged is the fully qualified server name and not the user logged in to the admin console. example of a message logged by application server: BBOO0222I: ADMN1020I: An attempt is made to stop the server1 server. (User ID = WAS.REALMNME/server:WAS00Network_ndnode1_server1)

Problem conclusion
The correct user is logged during server start and stop when performed from the "All Servers" tab in the admin console. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8.
