Error description

• Using the rotatelogs functionality added by APAR PI16910, you
  may see the following error in the plugin log:
  
  ERROR: The web server must be stopped and restarted in order to
  change the logfile setting
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: It using the rotate logs function,      *
  *                      you may see a false error message       *
  *                      indicate a problem changing the         *
  *                      logfile name.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If plugin attempted to dynamically reload its configuration at
  the same time that the log was being rotated, a false error
  indicating that the logfile name can not be changed may be
  logged.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the code so that the check to see if the logfile name
  has changed so that the message is not logged unless the name
  has changed.
  
  APAR PI56187 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.5.5.10 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
