Error description

• Plugin fails to mark a server down when a negative value is
  given for the serveriotimeout, the request times out and ESI is
  enabled.

  *                      actions if a timeout does not occur     *
  *                      on the response header or first chunk   *
  *                      of response body.                       *

  When a response from the application server times out sometime
  other than the first chunk of the response, plugin would
  indicate the timeout but would not take necessary actions.
  These actions would be to close the socket and mark the server
  down if the configuration indicates to mark down on a timeout.
  Since the socket is not closed, the next time plugin attempts
  to use the socket, a write error will occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the code to take appropriate actions on a timeout
  occurring in the response body.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.13 and 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to the
