    ****************************************************************
A timing window exists where it is possible for the
jaxwsSecurity and jaxwsWeb private features to start in the
incorrect order leading to resolution issues with the
jaxwsSecurity private feature. The typical error would be
    similar to:

    Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
    com.ibm.ws.jaxws.webcontainer.JaxWsWebAppConfigurator cannot be
    found by com.ibm.ws.jaxws.security_1.0.9.cl50620150610-1749.

The reason for this is an incorrectly declared dependancy.

Problem conclusion

  • The private feature jaxwsSecurity has been modified to declare a
dependancy on the jaxwsWeb private feature. Additionally the
optional imports within the manifest file of the jaxws security
jar have had the "resolution:=optional" attribute removed to
ensure correct resolution during server start.
