Error description

  • The classes com.ibm.ws.javaee.dd.appbnd.ApplicationBnd,
    com.ibm.ws.javaee.dd.webbnd.WebBnd,
    com.ibm.ws.javaee.dd.webext.ServletExtension, and
    com.ibm.ws.javaee.dd.web.common.WebCommon are part of the
    Liberty SPI but reference types that are not part of the
    SPI.

    com.ibm.ws.javaee.dd.web.common.WebCommon are part of the
    Liberty SPI but reference types that are not part of the SPI.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Classes in com.ibm.ws.javaee.dd.commonext and
    com.ibm.ws.javaee.dd.commonbnd are now included in the Liberty
    SPI.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
    pack 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
    delivery information:
