Error description

• The warning message issued when two configuration elements
  conflict is specifying the element ID value in a form that
  may be confusing to users.

Problem conclusion

• The configuration conflict message will now use simple ID values
  for configuration elements.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
