    ****************************************************************
Collective create requires --keystorePassword to be specified
even though all five password arguments are specified.

Problem conclusion

  • The collective command is changed to allow users either to
specify all five password arguments without specifiying
keystorePassword or to use some or none of the five password
arguments along with specifiying the keystorePassword argument.
