provider when using the Criteria API

_ classes are not being generated for the EclipseLink provider
when using the Criteria API. Missing Criteria API bundle from
provider.

Problem conclusion

Added the EclipseLink provider's supplied modelgen bundle to the
EclipseLink thirdparty build.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
