When security trace is enabled, server encounters
NullPointerException in the OIDC RP authentication and that
eventually results in 401 error

When security trace is enabled, server encounters
NullPointerException in the OIDC RP authentication and that
eventually results in 401 error

Problem conclusion

Fixed the OpenID Connect relying party runtime to guard  against
the NullPointerException that may happen when the trace is
enabled.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
