APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using SOAPOverHttps the accept header will have a value of
  application/soap+xml,multipart/related,text/* which is not
  compatible with all webservice implementations.

Problem conclusion

• A generic JVM argument, com.ibm.ws.websvcs.AppendAcceptHeader,
  is added.  This can be set to a string which will be appended
  to the accept header.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.13, and 8.5.5.11. Please refer to
