    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    A regression occurred in 8.5.5.9 causing the matching host
    capability from the repository to be considered invalid due to
    improper region identification. Consequently, the application
    will not resolve due to this missing capability.

Problem conclusion

  • The validation algorithm was fixed so that the matching
    capability from the bundle repository is correctly considered to
    be valid.

    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 16.0.0.2. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
    page for delivery information:
    http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980

Temporary fix

  • Either (1) package both the fragment and host in either the
    archive or repository, or (2) do not use the blueprint-1.0
    feature.
