PI60941: When installUtility install serverName is run, the server logs a nd workarea were not created under WLP_OUTPUT

Error description

Set the WLP_OUTPUT_DIR to another directory. When running
installUtility install serverName, the server logs and
workarea are created under the same directory as the
server.xml. It is expected that they should be created under
the WLP_OUTPUT_DIR.

Set the WLP_OUTPUT_DIR to another directory. When installUtility
install serverName is run, the server logs and workarea were
still created under the same directory as the server.xml (that
is: <user directory>/servers/serverName). It is expected that
they should be created under the WLP_OUTPUT_DIR.

Problem conclusion

Although the logs and workarea directories were not created
under the WLP_OUTPUT_DIR, it does not affect the command
installUtility install serverName.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
delivery information:

Temporary fix

No workaround is required. Make sure that the <user directory>
is accessible. Clean up the logs and workarea directories if you
don't want them left behind in the user directory.
