PI60959: CHANGE IN DN NAME OF THE CERTIFICATE IF IT HAS SPECIAL CHARACTER IN THE NAME

Error description

When a database file has a certificate which has a CN name that
has a special character ("), the CN name changes once you save
the file.

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a certificate with a DN name       *
*                      containing a quote is selected in the   *
*                      console, the DN is truncated at the     *
*                      quote.                                  *

The administrative console did not correctly handle
certficates with DN names that contain quotes.

Problem conclusion

The administrative console was modified to handle double quotes
in a DN name so that the entire DN string is saved in the
bindings file.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.10 and 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
