Users who are using slf4j for logging and enable classloader

Problem conclusion

A fix has been added to check recurring requests made by slf4j.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.10 and 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
