OAuth or OpenID Connect error responses may not contain a
state parameter as required by the OAuth 2.0 specification.
If a state parameter was provided in an OAuth or OpenID
Connect request, that parameter must be included as-is if an
error occurs during client authorization.

OAuth or OpenID Connect error responses may not contain a state
parameter as required by the OAuth 2.0 specification. If a state
parameter was provided in an OAuth or OpenID Connect request,
that parameter must be included as-is if an error occurs during
client authorization.

Problem conclusion

OAuth and OpenID Connect requests that include a state parameter
should now have that parameter added to the response before
further processing is done. This should ensure that valid
requests, and requests that reach error conditions, should
return the state in the response as expected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
