Error description

The following message is printed in the CICS joblog:
DFHAP0707 EAZ5CICG An abend (code DC2/AKEB) has occurred in
task related user exit program BBOATRUE.
The DC2 abend reason code is 71005520.  The WOLA CICS link
server is being started in a CICS region which also contains
an embedded Liberty server instance.  The link server will
not start.  If the embedded Liberty server instance is
removed, the link server will start.

Problem conclusion

Code was added to allow the use of a Liberty server and the WOLA
client inside the same address space, provided that the
zosLocalAdapters-1.0 feature is not enabled in the Liberty
server instance.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.
This fix needs to be applied to the WebSphere installation that
is used by the Angel address space on the LPAR.
