Error description

The default HEAD request may generate an error in the web
server logs due to a host header not being present.

The http advisor sends a HEAD / HTTP/1.0 request by default.
This may result in an error if the web server requires a Host
header.

Problem conclusion

The http advisor will mark a server up based upon any response
by default so this issue does not present any problem in the
load balancer but may cause errors to be reported in the web
server logs. The change adds a Host header if the user has not
manually configured one in the advisorrequest string.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.13 and 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to the
