Error description

When installing a large number of features in a single
invocation of the installUtility command, the install may
fail, and a SocketException with a message of "Too many open
files" may be seen

Problem conclusion

The repository client has been updated to reduce the number of
connections made to the repository server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
