Error description

• After an upgrade to WebSphere Application Server Full Profile
  running on Solaris to fixpack 9... (8.5.5.9) with SDK
  [IBMJAVA8 8.0.2.10 cf091608.04] so they could use Java 8, after
  restarting the connection was lost between admin agent and
  appserver.  They saw messages like this in the appserver
  SystemOut.log:

  The received admin RSA token failed validation.  The exception
  message is:
  <null>
  
  And in the adminagent SystemOut.log:
  
  [4/7/16 8:50:02:212 CEST] 00000092 DiscoveryMBea W   ADMD0024W:
  Failed to send out the discovery message to the process:
  (appservername)

  Under a Soralis Hybrid JDK environment, an
  IllegalArgumentException might be caught while processing the
  RSAToken. This is due to an icorrect provider being selected.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, the correct provide is set for processing the
  RSAToken.
