PI62070: FULL CHAIN CREATED IN PKCS12 BUT NOT FOR JKS KEY STORE

Error description

If you place the root and intermediate(s) signers to the chain
of certificates that you got from your CA in the signer section
of a keystore  and then from the Personal certificates section
you press the button:

Receive from a certificate authority...

If the keystore is formatted as PKCS12 the result is a full
chain, but if the keystore is formatted as JKS, you only end up
with the leaf (chain is incomplete), the part about the
intermediate and root are missing.

When a certificate is received from a CA to a JKS keystore
the full chain of that certificate is not pieced together if
all the parts are in the keystore.

Problem conclusion

Will build the certificate chain on a receive from CA or add
certificate.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and  9.0.0.2. Please refer to the
