Error description

When using Google Chrome web browser, go to "Update global web
server plug-in configuration" under Environment, then click OK
to update the plugin-cfg.xml file, then click on "View or
download the current web server plug-in configuration file", a
blank screen is shown on the right-hand side.

The console code that displayed this file worked differently
than all of the other xml processing code and did not work in
a browser other than Mozilla Firefox.

Problem conclusion

The console xml display code was rewritten to work like the
rest of the xml processing code in the console.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.10, 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
Updates page for delivery information:

Temporary fix

When clicking the link, right click and choose to open in a new
tab.  The file is displayed correctly when this is done.
