• When the executor start command is issued on the Load
  Balancers CBR component on Solaris, it failed to start with
  the error:
  /opt/ibm/edge/lb/servers/lib/libCMNExecutorInterface.so: symbol
  printInterfaceList: referenced symbol not found

  Executor fails to start with message about broken link,
  missing printInterfaceList function.
  

Problem conclusion

• Removed call to printInterfaceList as it is not needed and
  does not exist on Solaris or HP.
  
  Fix levels:
     8.0.0.13
     8.5.5.10
  Does not affect CBR shipped with the Load Balancer for ipv4
  and ipv6 v8.5 (CBR not shipped with the Load Balancer for ipv4
  and ipv6 in v8)
