APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Various issues with the Intelligent Management features are
  causing issues with start up.  In particular, repository
  checkpoints and dynamic clusters.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Automatic Repository setting was    *
  *                      being switched on during migration.     *

  During a migration the Automatic Repository backup was being
  set to true.  This was causing many backups to be taken during
  the migration and thus slowing down the process.
  

Problem conclusion

• Integration of the Intelligent Management feature into the V9
  migration process was double processing this config setting
  causing it to be toggled on.  Removed the double processing of
  this config item.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
