Error description

• The  DynamicallyUpdateSSLConfig setting is turned on in the new
  environment when it was off in the old.

  *                      incorrect behavior of the server        *

  Various configuration issues with the runtime server were
  happening as a result of the new Batch and Intelligent
  Management featurs integrated into the migration process.
  There were also some configuration settings which needed to be
  handled as a result of default behavior change with V9.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed various code issues for the runtime configuration to
  support the migration of the Batch and Intelligent Management
  features.  Also fixed other default behavior changes.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
