According to the CDI spec a session scope should not end if
any request scopes associated with said session are still
active. This was not being honoured

Problem conclusion

New code was added to check if any request scopes were still
active and to delay the scopes destruction if they were active.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 8.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
