Problem conclusion

• Consumed the Weld version 2.3.4.Final and provided the probe
  functionality. By default, the probe functionality is
  disabled. To enable this probe functionality, the following
  system properties need to be set.

  org.jboss.weld.development=true
  
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
