Error description

When stopping an application hosting a message endpoint, the
following exception stack trace may appear in the system log
indicating the MBean for the Message Endpoint is unavailable:

*                      already stoppped.                       *

This problem occurs during an application stop with the
following message intermittently being logged.
RALifeCycleMa W J2CA0152E:
Deactivation of a Message Endpoint failed because the targeted
ResourceAdapter *** is not currently started or was not found.

Problem conclusion

The applicable code has been updated to tolerate the resource
adapter being stopped prior to the message endpoint being
deactivated.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.2.  Please refer to the
