After using renameCell, Extreme Scale Domains and health
policy targets xmls do not reflect the new cell name

Problem conclusion

After using renameCell, Extreme Scale Domains and health policy
targets xmls will now reflect the new cell name.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
