Error description
Edge Load Balancer for IPv4 and IPv6 v8.0, server.log shows confusing message after adding a rule. After adding to a rule, if running at loglevel 5, the user will see a message like "Size of the result vector is 0"

The message looks like " Size of the result vector is " then some number which is typically 0.
Problem conclusion
Removed nonuseful message. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack : 7.0.0.40 (ipv4) 7.0.0.41 (ipv6) 8.0.0.13 (both) 8.5.5.11 (both) 9.0.0.2 (both) NOTE-The IPv6 version 8 and higher also had a correction to prevent "setPri3" from being displayed on the console when adding rules on Microsoft Windows OS.
