Error description

Seems like two OidcClientAuthenticator instances are created
if
2 initial requests are made simultaneously.

It is noted that when two initial requests are made to the Open
Id Client service simultaneously, one authentication request
fails

Problem conclusion

The code has been reviewed and updated to prevent the generation
of multiple instances of the OidcClientAuthenticator.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
