• The JPA level is too low and the app is only partially
  functional

Problem summary

  Need to update the sample to use the new JPA code shipped with
  V9.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Plants By WebSphere sample application was changed to
  use the new default JPA feature shipped and enabled with
  WebSphere Application Server.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
