PI67186: The value of FreeConnectionCount on the ConnectionPool MBean is not accurate when in use connections are destroyed

Error description

When using the monitor feature (monitor-1.0) in WebSphere
Application Server Liberty Profile with the ConnectionPool
Mbean to monitor the number of connections in the Freepool
via the FreeConnectionCount the value will become inaccurate
if there are in use connections that are destroyed.  Those
connections could either be aborted or destroyed due to
exceptions encountered on the connection.  The reported
number of connections in the free pool will be less than the
actual value and the reported number may drop below zero.

Problem conclusion

The code was changed so that the value of FreeConnectionCount
will be accurate when in use connections are destroyed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
