Error description

When a Liberty server with applications is deployed in a
Docker Container, the applications in the container are not
routable using Dynamic routing until the Docker container
has been restarted once.

When a Liberty server with applications is deployed in a Docker
Container, the applications in the container are not routable
using Dynamic routing until the Docker container has been
restarted once.

Problem conclusion

There was a timing issue on the first Docker container start
where virtual hosts for a container were not defined until after
the application was started. This fix updates the routability of
the application when a virtual host for an application is
defined after the application starts.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
