Error description

Customer has migrated from WSAS 7.0.0.41 (Java 6 SR16 FP20) to
the WSAS 8.5.5.5 (Java 6R1 (aka 6.0.1 or 6.1) SR8 FP3) and is
seeing the exception starting with the following fragment:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Internal error
at
org.codehaus.jackson.impl.ByteSourceBootstrapper.detectEncodin
g(ByteSourceBootstrapper.java:155)

Problem conclusion

The code is updated to correctly detect the encoding type in
this case, which fixes the exception.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11, 9.0.0.2, and 16.0.0.4.  Please refer to
