Error description

When scanning the JAXB class for before/after events inherited
methods are ignored in WebSphere Application Server's
XLXP2 unmarshaller. However the JRE implementation does scan
base class(es) for these methods.
In V7 it is possible to use an implementation that is picked up
from JRE. Before the upgrade (before 7.0.0.29), JRE
implementation was  used. After the upgrade there could have
been change in environment/system properties set enabling use
of WebSphere's JAXB implementation.
One of such properties is
-Dcom.ibm.xml.xlxp.jaxb.opti.level=0
which will force use of JRE jaxb implementation, default value
in V is 1.
This APAR will add the  ability to enable calling inherited
(un)marshall events in IBM's XLXP2 JAXB implementation.
To enable this functionality 2 system properties were added.
com.ibm.xml.xlxp.jaxb.InheritUnmarshallCallbacks
com.ibm.xml.xlxp.jaxb.InheritMarshallCallbacks
Default value is false for both.
This APAR will apply to V7, V8, V8.5 and V9.

If the JAXB classes have a parent and a child that implement
beforeMarhall, afterMarshal, beforeUnmarshal, afterUnmarshal
methods, only the version from parent class will be run.

Problem conclusion

Added the  ability to enable calling inherited
(un)marshal events in IBM's XLXP2 JAXB implementation.
To enable this functionality 2 system properties were added:
com.ibm.xml.xlxp.jaxb.InheritUnmarshallCallbacks
com.ibm.xml.xlxp.jaxb.InheritMarshallCallbacks

Default value for both is false.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 9.0.0.2, 8.5.5.11, 8.0.0.13, and 7.0.0.43.  Please
