ModuleLocatorAnnotationVisitor logging does not satisfy
logging requirements.

Problem conclusion

Log output of ModuleLocatorAnnotationVisitor was updated to
meet requirements.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.10 and 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
