A crash can occur and will have a callstack similar to :
ibmlb2 : lbsel_send
ibmlb2 : _lbfrag_send
ibmlb2 : lbfrag_pbuf_entry
ibmlb2 : lbip_pbuf_entry
ibmlb2 : lbipv4_entry  (this could also be lbipv6_entry)
ibmlb2 : NT_recv_pthread
The main indication is the lbsel_send call after the
_lbfrag_send

Problem conclusion

Code has been corrected to prevent the Load Balancer for ipv4
and ipv6 from crashing.
