Applications dynamically restart, but customers may not know
which application artifacts changed to cause the restart.

When using hot deployment and dynamic reloading, the
application server will restart Java EE applications or WAR
modules upon detecting, on a specified interval, an application
artifact changed in the deployment. During this sequence the
server does not identify to the user which artifact was
changed nor which application or WAR module is restarting due
to the change.
APAR PI68357 enables the application server to log the hot
deployed artifact detected to have changed since the
previous interval (WSVR0655I) and the application (WSVR0654I)
or WAR module (WSVR0653I) that are dynamically restarting due
to that change.

Problem conclusion

Apply APAR PI68357 to enable the application server to log
messages about hot deployment and dynamic reloading
function.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
