The health controller was not updating configuration values
after changes to the configuration. Now, on a configuration
change in the repository, the health controller updates the
configuration values

Problem conclusion

On a configuration change in the repository, the health
controller now updates the configuration values

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.11.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
