PI64374 created a new map to connect session and request
contexts. This was not a memory efficent solution

Problem conclusion

Request and session contexts were modified to hold the
relevent information directly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 8.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
