Error description

Support configurable context root for OIDC client redirect
url
Currently OIDC client uses the default
/oidcclient/redirect/<id> , there's no way to change it or
append additional web context root.

There are many apps that share the same host name,  but use
different top level web context root (or junction name),
which requires that we need a way to add additional web
context root to the redirect URI .

The context root of the OpenIDConnect (OIDC) client application
is a fixed value.  In some cases, it needs to be changed.

Problem conclusion

A new element is added to server.xml.  The context root of the
application can be customized by including <oidcClientWebapp
contextPath="/(desired path)"/>

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
